Class Schedule

I am doing meditation and movement at the Center at 2531 Division street in Joliet IL by the Louis Joliet Mall. The class will last 90  minutes to 2 hours and will include an introduction … some meditation .. some movements from Tai Chi and Yiquan … some time for questions. 4  Classes ARE JUST $35 a month,  Monday and Wednesday classes for 1 month are $45!! Single class price is $15

Monday 6:30pm to 8:30pm all times  USA central  time

Wednesday 6:30pm to 8:30pm central time

Sunday 3pm to 5pm central time
