This book has pictures of the various Yiquan postures and tells how to practice the the standing and sitting meditation techniques of YiQuan and also of Fong's experiences with Yiquan. Fong Studied Tai Chi with Master Tung Ying-Chieh 董英傑 and after his death with Master Yang Sau-Chung 楊守中, the eldest son of the legendary Yang Cheng-fu 楊澄甫. His training in the Internal System of Martial Arts, Yiquan, was with Master Han Xing-Yuan 韓星垣, a disciple of Master Wang Hsin-Chai 王薌齋, the founder of Yiquan

This book includes a little history and over 100 techniques for meditation. Although Osho is considered by some to be a radical his books are reallly enlightening. I highly recommend this.

this book talks about energy flow through the body and especially the deep level which is through the bone structures. Fritz founded the Zero Balancing Bodywork but also an osteopath and doctor of medicine. During the '60s and '70s he went in pursuit of a deeper understanding of illness and health, becoming a student of Rolfing®, yoga, meditation and Eastern philosophies. Dr. Smith became a licensed acupuncturist in 1972 and later studied with J.R. Worsley of the Chinese College of Acupuncture in England, earning both bachelor's and master's degrees in acupuncture. It was during this time that he also experienced intense personal revelations under the teaching of Swami Muktananda.
